I moved in last August . My experience was the a/c is not the best . Most of the rooms get no a/c flow at all . Tampa is too hot . Needless to say I had fans on blowing 24/7. The condition of the roads is terrible . I never had an issue with maintenance. They are super friendly and nice and try there best . The gym as nice appearance wise , but not worth it . The equipment breaks and no one fixes and the a/c in there doesn’t work at all . After living here I’m not renewing and I’m completely cured from ever wanting to live in an apartment again . The price range for what you are getting for me is completely not worth it .( At All) When you are paying a certain price range you have higher expectations. I wouldn’t pay a dollar more !! Several of my neighbors have similar issues with there a/c unit . My floor plan was the escape . No a/c flow in the loft and the bedroom across the bathroom . And just in general . I do see they are making physical changes outside , ( makes it look nicer) but a/c is #1 important . They are fixing the front gate as it is the entrance to Enter and leave is a nightmare . Between the road condition, the big tree in almost the middle of the road and the double parking and not to mention the entrance off of waters Ave.. omg , with a gate I can imagine the back up . Also you can only go to the pool at certain times of the day or week ….. that’s all I’m going to say about that ! I do see effort from the office in changes they are making but they need to go one by one each apartment and work on the a/c units , add ceiling fans in each room and work and spend money towards that . If more than 5 people in different apartment buildings have an issue with that it’s a general problem . Positives I will say the maintenance staff is constantly driving around during the week picking up trash and making sure it’s clean . They do pest control in the lawns my pups never had fleas here (big positive) . The train is quiet so it does not wake you up .

Roach infestation. Baby roaches to full grown roaches everywhere. Woke up a couple times with roaches on my bed and on the walls near my head. The dryer was always going out an shocking me. Rent went up triple the price and the gym was always closed.
