LOVE! LOVE! LOVE living in and being a part of the Mosaic Westshore family community! The property is conveniently located to everything from shopping to the airport. Chelsea, John and Griffin go above and beyond to make every resident feel like not just a “resident” but more like a cherished family member. They are always thinking outside of the box to bring the community together with activities and not just for holidays, but for every day with contests, parties, lunches, prizes and tons of fun! This is a dog friendly community and we wouldn’t have it any other way-even our fur child is a cherished part of the Mosaic family with a monthly pet contest and fun activities to take part in! The apartment homes are immaculate with gorgeous high ceilings, granite countertops throughout and beautiful, spacious balconies. The grounds are always immaculately maintained. The amenities are beyond wonderful! From the coffee bar that rivals Starbucks to the gorgeous, heated pool, with a huge grilling area to enjoy if you like to barbecue outside. The clubhouse is breathtaking and has an enormous kitchen and bar along with every game imaginable from foosball to air hockey to pool and you can reserve this room for private parties. The workout room rivals any health club I have ever belonged to with free weights, rowing machines, stair masters, bench press, every elliptical machine and bicycle imaginable-just to name a few! If you have a maintenance issue, it is resolved within an hour. Garbage is picked up promptly at your door virtually daily and the hallways, elevators and enclosed parking garage are all meticulously maintained. If there is anything else you would want in an apartment community, I cannot imagine what it would be. Mosaic Westshore sets a standard of excellence leaps and bounds above the rest. I cannot recommend this outstanding property enough! Keep up the awesome job Mosaic Westshore! We are grateful to live here every day!

If I could give negative review I would. Absolutely most disrespectful staff and management. I lived here for more than 2 years and the treatment when dealing with problems was horrible and the assistant manager was clearly racist when we were moving out harassing us as we were trying to leave with a broken shipping elevator. The Assistant manager John came at us very aggressively saying "you got to go now" several times and bring the maintenance to make us move for another moving truck. It took us double the time to move out because their elevator was broken and out of inspection multiple times in the weeks prior to our move. The manager did not know who we were or even bother ask, just starting barking orders at us. When we were finishing move out paperwork they overcharged us by nearly 1000 dollars and instead of apologizing and repaying us (very easy for a large company, I have worked at several). They said it was our fault that we messed up the payment and said it would take a month for them to finish our paperwork are resolve the balance. We had to escalate several time so they got the point that 1000 dollars is nothing to play around with and I needed my money processed right away. Prior to moving out there were two dog attacks on property. One resulted in the dog dying and the other nearly turned into a fight. I brought this to the managers attention both times and they did lip service saying, that is serious. but never followed up. As long as they weren't liable they did not care. Absolutely worst place I have lived for the most ridiculous rent prices!

I just moved in and could not be more pleased! I’ve been looking forward to this move for quite some time and am happy to finally be in this beautiful apartment. It’s very spacious, lots of natural lighting and I have super quick access to the pool and clubhouse. I also really appreciated the little welcome gift that was waiting for me when I got here!

I love the area, very clean and pretty nice neighbors for the most part. Maintenance was always in after a few hours of a request for them I give them 5 stars and the ladies who disinfectant. But the management is truly like robots. I’ve never seen anything like it they lie to your face. And then try to get your change. When I first moved in I knew it was gonna be problem when they started sending me complaints because my dog cried for three minutes when I left the house meanwhile other floors were extremely loud and residents were not picked on. The floors are super cheap and whenever you step the floor below you can hear everything. Constant spiders and bugs. They charge you 150 if they have issues with there system. So now I just bring checks to make sure there’s no issues. I do love the pool and dog park. Elevator extremely slow. I will not ever sign with a Lincoln apartment again. I was looking into the cove and learned they also have poor management. It’s a Lincoln thing I suppose. No matter how luxurious they look, it is very deceiving.
