Absolutely horrible experience. My AC has been broken 5+ times throughout the year. However, the most recent time, my cooling went out over the summer when my apartment has been up to 90 degrees sometimes! Maintenance came out 3 times over a 2 week period before they realized there was a leak and the AC company had to come out. Then the AC company came out and said they couldn't find the leak so they would have to come back. After ANOTHER week of not hearing back I had to call the front desk 4 times until they informed me it would take YET ANOTHER week for them to come out to find the leak. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to live without AC in the middle of summer in Florida.

Been finding termites for over a month now in the apartment. I reached out to management when we first found them and they decided to spot treat for them which rarely works. Well, within a week we started finding termites again and it has even gotten to the point where I open my books and there are termites crawling around in them. Wings are all around my furniture. It is not only disgusting, but they are also a fire hazard. I emailed them about this over a week ago and they still have not responded. It's such a shame because the location is beautiful but the management is too cheap to bother to properly maintain this property.

I am a current resident and can say that the complex has a termite issue. They have Massey come in and do inspections and spot treat at multiple units daily but never do any preventative spraying. The management does not seem to care about anything besides landscaping and repainting building. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you are considering living here cause when you do have a major problem like killing multiple termites everyday, management drags its feet and doesn’t take the proper steps to address the problem. We notified them of the termite problem almost 2 weeks ago and still haven’t had anyone by to do the actual treatment.
