Please be aware of where resident’s GUEST park at this apartment complex! If visitor parking is full do not have guest park at Marina Point sales office. They will be towed at their expense ($190.00) minimum, to a junkyard in a sketchy part of town and they will have to sign a waiver waiving any damage before the car is released. Also when I inquired with the property manager at west shore apartments she was rude and did not take any responsibility for anything that happened. I just wanted her to know the consequences we had endured and that it might not happen to someone else visiting their complex.

Its crazy the priorities of management. My neighbors and I can call hundreds of times without answer or call back but I leave a bad review and its answered within minutes. The response that new pool equipment was installed in January is just untrue. It may have been cleaned but I was at the pool yesterday march 22nd and all the chairs are still broken and unstable. Packages are still be stolen from doorsteps and the locker room. Thank you for the solution to the many problems the current residents face to just move out, instead of being addressed by management. The issue with that is once the new residents move in and truly see the shape of the entire property not just the glamour show put on by the leasing office they begin to complain and the cycle continues.

Just moved into the property and so far it has been nothing but an incredible experience. The office staff have been so great in helping in any way I need, and have made moving as easy as it can be from a property management perspective. I will say the easiest way to contact them is thru email or just stopping into the office as the phone to office goes to voicemail, but they were pretty responsive in returning my call every time I left a message. I’ll continue to update review as I go but so far so good! Love the property.
