These apartments are older, but very clean and nicely kept up! You cannot beat the price (too include internet and cable) or convenience to Base. Allison helped us find our unit and Maggie helped us with our lease and such. Both are friendly and super helpful! And, being a military family and living all-over, you cannot beat the maintenance here! Everyone here is on top of their job and understands customer service!

Since we have been here, we have had issues getting in touch with maintenance, issues with getting in touch with the office, the cell service is non existent, not to mention the fact that our ancient water heater barely works, our dishwasher doesn't even have a spinner, so it's a glorified dish drying rack, and the AC is usually 6-8 degrees hotter than it's set at. Wish all the money they poured into curb appeal had been applied into making the inside livable. And we are paying 2200 a month for a tiny 2 bedroom and all these issues. It's ridiculous.

We love our new community at Solis at Ballast Point! Finding a place to live in the current market was not an easy task. But we were able to at Solis at Ballast Point with the help of some awesome professionals. We receive assistances from several personal, but there were two that stand out: Maggie and Jose. They were very professional as well as personal. My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. They worked hard to make sure we were taken care of, and that repairs were done that were needed. Maggie and her team are amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new community/a new place to call home, you won’t regret it!
