I train at a different gym but was in town and had the chance to drop in on a few of the daytime classes. Everyone was welcoming and willing to share their knowledge. The instructor Ty went through each move clearly and was even happy to come over and give me tips on how to improve. I'd recommend this gym to anyone, whether they live in the area or just dropping in. They're a great group of people. I'll definitely stop by again the next time I'm in town.

My nine year old son was lacking in confidence and although we tried soccer, baseball, dance class, ninja classes, my gym and several other activities he was not interested in any of them. We went to Renzo Gracie in Windham a little over a month ago and he absolutely LOVES the place and the training he has been getting. His new found confidence is amazing and he is always looking forward to his next class. In addition to that every single person we have come in contact with their has been beyond kind to us and really have made us feel like part of a family in such a short period of time. You have a kid like mine? I could not recommend this place more!

Great gym! I mainly attended the MMA classes, great lessons for both stand up and grappling/no gi, and good training partners for tech sparring. I ended up cancelling my membership because I'm moving out of state, but the owner and office staff made the cancellation an easy process - no billing issues. Definitely recommend for practitioners of all levels!

This place is awesome! I've been training here at RGNH for almost 3 years now and I love it. The instructors are so knowledgeable and are great teachers and coaches. The classes are structured for all skill levels, abilities and ages. When I first joined I did not know anything about Jiu Jitsu. There were so many higher level students that willing to help the new guy, and this still holds true today. It is truly a team atmosphere, I always feel right at home here. I've made a lot of new friends here and have also been reunited with a lot old friends that I have not seen in years. What I love the most is being able to share this experience with my 9yo son. Theses instructors are so good with the kids. They make it fun while teaching them self-defense, but also teach them discipline and give them self-confidence. I highly recommend RGNH, I give 5 stars!!!
