I am originally from the Nashua area however being an active duty service member I’m currently stationed in Virginia Beach. I recently came up there for a wake and funeral. While up there I had to replace my tire on my 2019 Road Glide Special. I called all over to get it into a shop, the ONLY shop that would accommodate this was NAULT’S Honda. The only issue was they didn’t have the tire. I called around and was able to find one. Their response was go grab it and we will bring your bike in as soon as you get here. Also I had to be at the wake in about an hour and a half. Not only did they do exactly what they said, but the bike was finished in less time and to perfection. Absolutely recommend them, their customer service was spot on. Thank you NAULT’S for dropping everything to get me back on the road and to the wake on time. V/R Rob Rosa

Purchased a KRX1000 and many accessories. At around 100 miles a loud clanking noise from the front end and an internal noise from transmission started. Dropped off on a Wednesday with an appointment. I called on Friday. No answers cause Kawasaki was closed and they needed authorization for diagnostic time. Called on Tuesday no info. I went to service on Thursday afternoon, service advisor couldn’t answer my question and told me to drive it until it breaks. I took my machine out of there and will never return.

Naults is great, I got a new ninja from here they originally didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but they had some things coming in at the time and were able to put one to the side for me until the paperwork could go through and they kept it in great condition! And they helped me with loading and securing the bike and even adjusted my extended warranty to something that fit my needs more than their standard packages!
