During my working career I was trained that Customer Service is something you have to love doing. One employee of Seven Lakes is Adrian Taipe. He is what customer service is all about. It is amazing how he handles the many Residents that come with different problems and attitudes, Adrian manages to attend to their needs with such professionalism. To end my review I just want to say that this leasing office has such a bright star. Thank you Adrian.

If I could give negative stars I would. Just moved out after a horrible year living here. There’s black mold that forms on walls, air vents, and piles up in bathroom tubs (bleach can only go so far). Not only has this caused actual health problems and multiple pulmonary specialist visits but the apartments are infested with roaches. It’s dirty. Maintenance leaves a disaster in your home after entering and also leaves doors wide open for hours during service (caught on camera) and not only that the company will try to scam you no matter what. Professional floor cleaning and bleaching was done upon leaving. Removing more mold from walls than I’ve ever seen. If scrubbing your moldy walls and vents isn’t up to cleaning standards upon move out you might as well tear down all the buildings because everyone has the same issues and you neglect to listen. Not only roaches infesting but rats outside buildings nesting and chewing on vinyl, dirty area, and WAY over priced. They claim a fully renovated unit with washer and dryer but those don’t even work. Word gets around which is why the apartment next to me wasn’t filled for over 9 months. Good luck to anyone especially that tries to live here and is already figuring out the worst. Wait one more year and you’ll have to shut down regardless. Good thing my dad owns half of Tampa bay, enjoy the phone calls this week!

Personally, I haven’t had a single problem with the staff or the apartment complex. I’m actually quite grateful because my husband and I were in a bad situation and Adrian/Angela helped us move in within the span of about less than two weeks. We picked this place over others due to the two large dog parks which our dogs love! The all hardwood floors are a bonus! The staff is really willing to help and is extremely helpful. We’ve only been living here approximately two weeks, but so far we feel blessed. We’re beyond thankful to have found Seven Lakes and Adrian! I’ve moved in the past to two different apartment complexes and have never met someone who cares as much as he does. Move to a place where the staff CARES and are always willing to help! On top of all that, no more icky carpets! Living here is a win-win.

Regret resigning my lease. They "remodeled the kitchen" and took out all storage space. The ammeneties are hardly actually open, the grills never have fuel since the new company took over, the parking is ridiculous, and they put in a small 2 in 1 washer/dryer that is an absolute joke and waste of space in the only closet you have. Takes hours to do maybe two outfits at most and doubles the electric bill. All of my neighbors agree that it does not feel like a home anymore. All that plus a fun rent increase. Just all around very disappointing.
