I really love it here. The people are nice. I can do without the loud music early in the morning but otherwise it an awesome place to live. I feel safe and secure.

I lived here for about two years. Great spot in downtown Tampa. And it’s well priced. It’s a lot cheaper than the other apartments in Chanelside etc. Yolanda and Kateria at the leasing office are always so friendly and helpful and we’re always so kind to me so kudos to them! They always did their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The only thing I would complain about is some of the other tenants that live there. They do rent to section 8 housing so you have some questionable/loud people that live there but other than that I never had any problems with them, everyone keeps to themselves. My advice don’t get a second floor apartment facing the parking lot because you’re constantly hear peoples music. Get an apartment on the third floor and up preferably facing downtown or on the outskirts of the building so you don’t hear any noise. Other than that this is great place to live. You’re literally walking distance from downtown and 1 mile away from Ybor you’re close to everything

Greg Byer......Your review is for Tempo, NOT Trio. Wrong property Bro!! Trio is a great downtown location, the staff answers phones, and will give tours if you schedule an appointment and one is available to see. I have lived here for …

I was going to consider this apartment complex, however, after reading the reviews, I’m good. I currently stay downtown and was looking for a drop in prices for my rent. But I rather pay full price and not get any of this headache

It's a family low income based apts. Not sure if your not a family, that a single could get in, ask them. The Reed apts 2 blocks over is rent based on income, have to make a base amount of $ though, ask them as well. Good luck!
