Great senior living experience. The maintenance staff is excellent and timely with requests. The facility is kept in excellent condition for the most part. One of the elevators seems to constantly have issues. The apartment manager and staff are great too.

I have been here 8 years, and I don’t want to live Anywhere else. Unless of course, my Prince Charming shows up on that white horse to carry me off into the sunset. Seriously though, this is a great place to live. The staff here are Always courteous and respectful. That goes a long way with us as Seniors. They Do Not allow things to break down. The every 3-4 months maintenance checks, makes that possible. Any issues brought forth to the property manager or staff, gets addressed immediately. I live in peace here, and that’s Priceless!

Nice living conditions. On site managers awesome and efficient. Building lack amenities of the other hirises on the Encore complex. It could use a pool table in the clubhouse like the other hirises on the complex as its the ONLY hirise without one to help foster the ACTIVE community concept promoted here. Also could use a tv in the clubhouse for use when involved in activities like cardplaying and dominoes in the clubhouse making it convenient to watch sporting events while involved in those activities instead of having to cancel one for the other further helping to promote the ACTIVE living concept thereby helping to avoid making it only a decent halfway house between the hospital snd cemetery. These things can be remedied in the hands of the offsite management company. Nothing is perfect but management should ensure that activities exist to keep these seniors active since it promotes and advertises this as an active adult community
