This is the WORST apartments I have ever lived in. I have had to contact code enforcement 2 times since I have been here due to my A/C leaking water everywhere. There are roaches EVERWHERE! No matter how many times I bleach and clean my apartment, they never go away. The complex is disgusting because people leave trash everywhere. The children run around and have broken my window with no response from the emergency maintenance. The only thing I like is the size of the apartment for the price but I will definitely not be renewing my lease. I have only been here for 6 months and it has been HELL!

I moved her over a year ago. It has it ups and downs but it’s the cheapest in the area. The managers are amazing

It's horrible in every sense of the word. They don't fix anything. There are apartments in poor condition and not suitable for living. Fungus problems, problems with air conditioners, the floor thirsting and sinking, filtration problems, cockroaches, bats, mice, among thousands of other things. And the saddest thing is that they raise the rent to 1023.00 and they don't fix anything at all. I do not recommend them to anyone The situation is very sad and painful.
