Our family has lived at Winthrop West since 2019. We love everything about this property and management. In my years of apartment living, I've never had maintenance so quick to respond to a non emergent issue, Daniel Lopez is always so quick to reply, even if it's just to drop by and update us on the status of a request. If something needs to be repaired, it's repaired promptly and always clean up behind himself. I always see him on the property cleaning, making sure the garbage compacter is clean and sanitizer is available, picking up any loose trash and just making sure this property is well maintained. Everyone I have encountered within this community is nice and helpful, but Daniel really goes the extra mile, even waving hello as you pass by. Staff like Daniel are why we'll be here for the years to come.

I wanted to write a review for Daniel and Luis, who are always extremely polite, good listeners, and get the job done extremely quickly and efficiently. Noticed a huge improvement and find my requests are taken care of within 24 hours! To find out that the uppers want to get rid of maintenance would be a huge detriment to living in winthrop west. The grounds are beautifully manicured and I love the amenities. And wanted to mention the office staff too: Danny and Cindy are extremely professional and organized to help residents with their needs. Overall, very happy here. I feel safe living here as a stay at home mom while my husband works. We can raise our family here happily.

We have lived here for one year after moving from our single home in Pasco County. We love the location of our apartment, it is quiet with a beautiful view. The apartment is spacious, albeit a bit outdated. The most impressive aspect of living here is the excellent and immediate response of maintenance issues. Both Daniel and Louis are dedicated to meeting the needs of the resident. As an 'senior' widow, I appreciate their attention to whatever the need may be. They are courteous and competent, assets most difficult to find today. Thank you for always being there.
