I went to this store for the first time and met Junior the manger omg this Guy is amazing his customer service skills is phenomenal, and his employees very knowledgeable with the items in the store

Junior the store manager dropped my layaway for 3 cents because the employee that took my payment shorted the amount so it dropped out for sale after 4 days and they sold it and of course it was done on purpose because it was a hot item a play station 5 … I’m highly upset the store manager wouldn’t give me the district manager or regional managers information and isn’t going to give me my money back that I paid towards it which. Was $440.63 or make it right without me coming back to Miami

The Store Manager Evelyn is great and I've pawned here for years and by far the store is the cleanest and organized since she has taken over. The new team is awesome and I feel like family because everybody knows my name. Lol!
