I got much respect for Carlos he is a lil slow in speed but he does his job very well. I like his tattoos I be like Carlos go hard with them. Ricardo and Eric have been trained well from the store veterans. Nelly Is the truth she is a beautiful Puerto Rican lady Stephanie got the swag. Blanca the store manager is a very intelligent very fair Kool lady she is the Store manager she tried to protect her customers literally. I have the highest respect for her and her staff and personnel the most professional I have seen for s pawn shop. It's more like family when you go there they show mad extreme extensive love
