Very beautiful venue… great staff.. cool neighbors… nice pool (2 pools)…..the pond venue is was built very well in design, and has a smooth correlation with all the apartments

There is ALWAYS trash in the pond, and everyday there is more and more! When we first moved in, in August, It seemed more up kept, not sure if there are less maintenance people or what’s going on. But the trash in the pond is sad to see, also trash just around the complex is getting out of hand. It’s quiet and a nice location but definitely needs better up keep. They recently painted the buildings and are putting in new roofs, but have shown zero attention to like I said the trash, the landscape, and have started a new play ground, but it’s now been over a week where no one has been working on It, and it’s still not done.

You get nothing you pay for. Once had valet trash...nope they took that away but still charges us for it every month!!! Now all I see is trash bags in the drive area from cars having to take their own trash and if it falls off otw I assume they make maintenance pick it up. We recommend this place to the homeless 🤷🏼‍♀️
