I am having a similar experience to some below. Since moving here I have been paying $2,000 a month for my car to get keyed back to front, my tired getting tampered with, getting verbally harassed by my neighbors, and the trash is almost always overflowing or just littered all over. I should also mention that my roommates truck cover got burned with a cigarette.I have only lived here for a few months and considered breaking my lease. I expressed my concerns with the staff at the front office and they handled it well which is the only reason I am staying. I also have many bugs including roaches and ants. We also keep having to change our air conditioning filter because of how dirty it gets and the bacteria/mold growth can be concerning. However, the front office staff are amazing and have been very helpful and the maintenance crew have been very prompt and helpful as well.

I have been living here since before the pandemic until late September 2022. The maintenance staff are great, but the neighbors, pest, and prices haven’t been in my favor. Since I moved in there has been roaches since day one. I spent time and money trying to get rid of them. At first I was paying $1,200 for a 2 bedroom, now I’m paying $2,000 in a matter of 3 years. I get along easily with anyone. I work and I go to med school; I don’t have days off or much time to socialize and get to know my neighbors. Still I got my car key scratched, my windshield wipers stolen and 3 of my tires slashed in the time I’ve been living here. Almost no one dumbs the trash property into the dumpster. For $1,200 it wasn’t bad, but these prices keep increasing every new lease.

This is such a wonderful complex, management is amazing!!!! I feel very safe here, it is nice and quiet. Management responds very quickly and I appreciate them so much. Things are run so smooth around here. ❤️
