Let me just shout out my girl Michelle in the front office and the entire staff here at Hamlin. First and foremost my husband and I relocated to this state not knowing anyone. When I acquired about this apartment, I was still back home hoping and wishing somebody would give my husband and I a place to stay once we relocated because it was right in the middle of the peak of COVID that we relocated. Michelle has been my rock since day one. As always you’ll have disagreements and we had those but we always made it right in the end. I’m not only thankful for Hillsborough County but I am forever grateful Hamlin because the both gave me and my husband a brand new start after my husband survived stage 4 cancer. Everyday hasn’t been peaches and cream and with everything going on around us, the front office has really been a backbone. Michelle has been my mentor and I’ve been hers lol… The front office isn’t just your typical landlords or property managers or whatever, they are really there to help and comfort you when needed. If you’re looking for a nice peaceful place to live, I would choose Hamlin over and over again. Of course in apartments you’ll hear noise, neighbors and dogs but it is definitely not at a peak level and it can depend on your neighbor but I wouldn’t hold that against them. We love it here.

Hamlin at Lake Brandon was a wonderful place we called home for a 3 years. The property is well kept and Michele and the front office always took care of any needs or concerns. Whenever we needed something fixed Ramon and was always speedy with repairs but also was always a friendly nice person to chat too. Our unit was along the back lake which gave us great peaceful views. They were flexible with us when we moved and allowed us to extended to a month to month lease while finding a new home as I had to relocate for a new job. Just keep in mind while living in any apartment you're going to hear your neighbors. So it may not be perfect in this regard but it's a great place to hang your hat.

I was looking for apartments in the Brandon area close to my office and heard good things about Hamlin apartment so I decided to reach out. Hamlin apartments is definitely a nice place to live. I’m very happy to live in this place This place is safe, clean and a very peaceful environment, I love the pool, gym, and other amenities offered. Adah and her staffs are very friendly, professional and they always willing to help me with any issue. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice quiet place. I love that it is away from all the craziness in the town but also close enough.

I have read all of the negative reviews. And, where I live on Bottega Lane it’s very quiet here. Yes, every Monday they come in and cut the grass, but, I love hearing the sound of the grass been cut the grounds look good. Every maintenance situation is taken care of in a timely manner during this pandemic season of life. The staff here is great. I would highly recommend the Hamlin to family members and friends. I have been here 3 years and I have signed my lease for another year. I have and had good neighbors.
