Bre is the only person saving this property. Avoid at all costs! Roaches, ants, mold, staples sticking out of carpet, broken handles, water leaks, inconsiderate neighbors; not to mention an oblivious maintenance team (Water leak in ceiling busted and was covered with wall texture spray!) No one bothers to pick up the phone or respond to emails in the office, on call maintenance is atrocious with complete lack of urgency. Maintenance requests are ignored and then processed as complete with no work done. NO PARKING!!! AC stops working at night and the unit will stay 75-78 degrees inside. No security at all, broken access gate entire lease. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING FOR YOURSELF!

Since the change of administration, the difference has been noticed in some way, the maintenance of the complex is no longer the same, the corridor area is no longer constantly cleaned as before. I also suggest if it is possible that there is more supervision or surveillance in areas of the complex since damage and misuse of them have been noticed, we are a community and keeping them in good condition is everyone's responsibility.

I was asked for a recommendation of this place that I lived in for a while and I can only say that my experience was not pleasant. the place was very dirty. The corridors are not washed, it is true that there are many cockroaches inside the apartment and so they do not eliminate them because the garbage area is disgusting and that is where the problem arises. There is no space to park, the pool I never entered because it seemed dirty, I don't know if it was cleaned, the administration is not good. this is not a good choice

I’ve been a tenant for almost 5 years here. This property was great, but when new management/ownership took over, I saw an immediate decline in quality care for this property. I do understand a pandemic has been going on, however, the increase of issues has been insurmountable. The property has become dirty, there is trash in the preserve area of the property. The previous maintenance contractors were amazing. The ones now, do the bare minimum. There used to be power cleaning on occasion, now the breezeway (at least in my building) are urine-stained from dogs, blood stains are still present from a dead armadillo found over a month ago. Old trash from a tenant has yet to be removed from the valet trash company. (Been over a week) Only being able to use amenities like the gym during business hours, when most people work at that time, doesn’t make sense to me. To top it off, the increase of rent costs in a pandemic (standard is 6% increase, mine was over 10%) prompted me to end my tenure here. Addison was good while I’ve been here, but this management/ownership needs to step it up to retain faithful tenants. The office staff is nice and they do what they can, but much improvement needs to be made to get this property to where it needs to be.

I lived at the Addison for 3 years. The property itself was fine. I just needed a change.
They just had 1 bedroom apartments. No studios. That would've been nice though.
