I applied to my apartment Feb 21st with Jessica who was very friendly and welcoming. I moved in April 30th. Renee ( The property manager) has went above and beyond accommodating my needs to make sure I am a happy resident. Jennifer and Jessica have also been nothing but great responding to my emails promptly and just caring about me as a resident. Leo, Sherman and Leon ( The maintenance staff) have been nothing but great. If I’ve had and issue with something, I put a work order in and it was handled almost immediately. These apartments aren’t new but they are working on them. I know it’s not the property’s fault for the delayed stainless steel appliances ( manufacturer’s fault) but I am patiently and excitedly waiting. I love that there is a dog park only negative thing is, I wish it had fake grass because of my dogs allergies. And I’m not sure if it’s all first floors but my patio floods when it rains. I don’t have any noise issues above or around my apartment. I 100% recommend living here! Best Team of people!

I will not recommend this place to anyone. They find ways to scam you when it’s time to move out. You can clean and do everything right, they ll still find a way to get you because it’s always about stealing from the poor so they rich can get richer. If you’re looking for an appartement please don’t get close to that place.

SERVITECH HOME SERVICE INC

I do not recommend this condo at all, the area is very good but they steal our money, every year the rent and water go up and we are obliged to pay for an internet and TV service that the condo chose. In addition, you cannot be in common areas because of the marijuana plague and dog feces throughout the grass. In addition to this, the apartments are not updated for years, everything is old, the doors do not close properly, the bathrooms are old, when you move many times they do not change the carpet and after more than two years when you leave they want to charge you for them to put it new . We even rent a carpet cleaning machine from home depot and even so they want to charge us $ 391 as if they were giving it to me. Thieves, thieves, be careful with this apartment complex, it is not what it was perhaps three years ago. I no longer let my children practically go out because I feared for their safety, I saw cars at high speeds throughout the complex and at dawn. marijuana is widely consumed in common areas, keep your children away from this.

I love it here. My experience at Indigo Point has far exceeded any expectations I could have set. The move in process with Jennifer was seamless. She is kind, supportive, professional and kept me informed along the way. The maintenance team are friendly and take great care of the property. The apartment is beautiful. It was move in ready. Squeaky clean! They even give you a welcome home package. How sweet! I moved in sight unseen and I don’t regret it for one second!
