The service was amazing! Sal was great he was straight to the point didn’t play any funny business like other auto repairs that I’ve been too. He told me what was going on, and a respectful price. I was extremely impressed with the service and have considered to do business with Meineke for now. Would definitely recommend.

I had Meineke flare out a piece of 2 1/2" tubing (that worked perfect) and fix the tailpipe hanger on my truck, it had to be bent up. It was shortly after four pm on a Saturday, total cost was a little over $42. The exhaust hangar did not turn out that great, the hanger was not installed right. Looking at the pic, the left hanger should have been placed in the hole above where it was installed. I was able to fix it in about a minute laying on a garage floor. Seems a little expensive for the less than 10 minutes it took for them to work on the truck. For the followup by the company, I appreciate it, even if it did not address the quality of work. I had initially only came in to have the tubing stretched, which was done for free. I was impressed with the professionalism and quickness that it was done. I then asked if they could take a look at the rear hanger, expecting to pay. However, there were no prices explained or given at any time until the completion of the job. I asked how much I owed, the guy stated $40. I thought it was a bit steep for the amount of time spent, paid it and went on with life. To your response, yes, we all have choices and this was mine.
