I love the neighborhood and the office people are very kind. Maintenance has solved any issues we’ve had. It’s location is very convenient. We haven’t had any issues with any of the other residents and there are great amenities for the property!

The lease lady was really nice. I think Arlyn. She gave good info. The only thing is they didnt have anything right now. I need to move soon. I will come back in the future and I hope they will have something for me.

This place is definitely not a place I would recommend for anyone. My boyfriend and I toured a unit that a couple was going to move into that same day. It was absolutely filthy and had a VERY strong pet urine smell. The basement had tons of spiderwebs and also had a black liquid coming out of the corner of the basement. The kitchen looked like it was never wiped down and the weeds outside were so long that when I opened the patio door, they were sticking inside. The urine smell was very strong throughout the whole house as well. Because of those reasons, we decided to back out and find a different place. I feel horrible for the couple moving in that day and I’m hoping it was just a misunderstanding with the cleaning crew because I would never wish that upon anyone. Not to mention this particular unit was $1400 a month. I’m not the type of person to complain and write bad reviews but I don’t want anyone to make the mistake of choosing this place.

The first winter we were there the furnace kept turning off in the middle of the night. Us and our newborn would wake up to a 60 degree house. They attempted to fix it several times and each time it would break again that night. Finally they replaced an entire electrical board in the unit and it worked. The next winter the entire furnace caught on fire from an electrical problem inside the unit. I had to sleep elsewhere for several days while they got the new furnace permitted by the city. It was later revealed they installed it without a permit and the city came and gave it a permit after the fact. Additionally, the front door and surrounding doorframe were rotting and allowing cold winter air and rain to come into my townhouse. I filed many complaints and maintenance requests only to get unprofessional patchwork solutions that never worked and made my front door look trashy to visitors. On a call with the regional manager Sue, she was very rude and implied that all the problems I had experienced were my fault. When I asked them to replace the door she told me, in a very rude way, that they couldn’t accommodate my request in such short notice (I had been complaining for over a year) and that I should move out. On a final note, these townhouses are completely open to the outside. When they cut the grass the entire townhouse smelled strongly of grass. Unbearable if you have allergies or just don’t enjoy that smell. Avoid this place if you want to be comfortable and feel good about where you live.
