The service and work on the vehicle was good, at least so far, only one day. I have a concern. I came in for a 30,000 check up and given the price of $699.00 for this complete service. I thought this was high but accepted it. Within 30 minutes after dropping the truck , I received a call. " Oh, need to tell you that the transfer case is in need of changing the fluid and is part of your 30,000 mile routine care, and it will cost you another $90 dollars. " I expressed my displeasure at that time as well as when I paid the full bill. Why was the transfer case needing a change at 30,000 miles not part of the $699 30,000 mile check up? I remain not happy about this. I am considering having my next service at a non-Honda dealership for the next 30,000 check up. I have been dealing with the Fenton company for over 25 years, bought many vehicles and this is the first time I have not been happy about the service. ( several Toyotas and Volvo and now Honda. After doing a lot of research into what new car I wanted (2022 Honda Accord Sport) I found the exact car I was looking for at Honda of Keene. Having not purchased a new car in over a decade, I was unsure of what the process was going to be like. I prepared for the worst, but was pleasantly surprised at how easy everything was. I got more than fair value for my trade in, their initial listing on my new car was right where it was supposed to be, and the process couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Larry was very easygoing and informative, giving helpful information and recommendations about the actual car, making me feel at ease the whole time. When it was time to talk numbers and sign papers, John explained everything as simply as possible and made the whole process and quick and easy as could be. I highly recommend heading to Honda of Keene for all your new or used car needs

We recently purchased our 2022 CR-V Hybrid from Honda of Keene after searching for a few months. We initially had a deposit placed with another dealership but after checking with Honda of Keene, we decided to take our business here instead. In this market, I am confident that we got a great deal on our CR-V. Dave Ovitt kept us informed every step of the way while we waiting for our vehicle to be built and shipped to the dealership. Dan Kuraner in finance was super easy to work with. He did a great job making sure we knew what our options were, but didn’t push when we declined. There was no pressure whatsoever while in the finance office. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Honda of Keene in the future for another purchase.

We have our Pilot serviced at your store. Is it possible to have our MB 300C oil changed there?

We don't always carry the right parts for oil changes in specific makes and models, like Mercedes-Benz, ahead of time and sometimes we won't know what we're working with until we see the vehicle, unfortunately.
