The service and work on the vehicle was good, at least so far, only one day. I have a concern. I came in for a 30,000 check up and given the price of $699.00 for this complete service. I thought this was high but accepted it. Within 30 minutes after dropping the truck , I received a call. " Oh, need to tell you that the transfer case is in need of changing the fluid and is part of your 30,000 mile routine care, and it will cost you another $90 dollars. " I expressed my displeasure at that time as well as when I paid the full bill. Why was the transfer case needing a change at 30,000 miles not part of the $699 30,000 mile check up? I remain not happy about this. I am considering having my next service at a non-Honda dealership for the next 30,000 check up. I have been dealing with the Fenton company for over 25 years, bought many vehicles and this is the first time I have not been happy about the service. ( several Toyotas and Volvo and now Honda.
