I lived in this apartment for one year the best thing I ever did was leave the office lady from the moment I walked in to get an apartment gives you a hard time her name is Yahina Pacheco she’s definitely not compassionate or friendly I understand trying to do your job but when you’re rude As soon as I walked in she told me I made too much money I told her I just got qualified around the corner when I moved in there was roaches if somebody moved out I would see a roach but they do come to spray and I did put roach spray around so I didn’t see them very scarcely The only thing they do do well is if something breaks they come fix it within a day or two and for the most part they keep the grounds clean but the lady in the office needs an etiquette class on how to be a little kinder and nicer towards people just common courtesy

They raised my rent over 4 times in the last 2 years. My toilet has not worked in over 6 months and they are extremely rude and disrespectful in the office. I can't wait till I'm out of this roach and mold infestation apartment.

I lived there for 4 years. They were a low-income complex and because of that their disorganization it was kind of tolerable. Recently they stop being a low-income complex without any official notice. You need to read carefully their agreement if you choose this place to stay. Get a lawyer for your own protection beforehand. In that agreement they can change the amount of rent you agreed to pay and it doesn't matter if both of you signed the papers. I signed for $1079.00 a month and two weeks later they slide a letter under my front door saying the rent will go up $500 more. Just like that. That was what make me stop trying to stay there. You will read about other things that are actually true in the comments but for me, it is important to let you know they frame you in the agreement and you can't do much later on. As I said, be aware of that agreement if you want to give this place a chance. Good Luck.

I have lived her for over 3 years and it has by far been the worst experience. The office staff is always rude and unprofessional. The rent is constantly being raised. It has been raised at least 2 times this year so far and just yesterday we got another notice the rent would be raised over $300 starting November 1st. Not to mention this is supposed to be an income based complex. We are unable to use any of the amenities. We are unable to have any pets yet there are tons of residents that have pets. The apartments are infested with bugs. My bedroom flooded twice from rain due to a hole in the wall outside and they didn’t come for months to fix it. My wall and carpet was getting mold and I have an asthmatic child. It took me calling and yelling for them to finally come fix it and they never even replaced the carpet. Save your money. Definitely not worth the constant rent increase.
