Squirrels get into the attic through the soffit outside and live there. They do not address the problem regardless of how many service requests you put in. I've lived in 2 different units on this property over the last 3 years and I've always had to share my apartment with the squirrels. They run around, scratch and claw and keep you up all night, management does nothing to address it. When I moved from one apartment to another they charged me to replace the carpet due to pet urine, I've never owned a pet while I've lived here nor have I had a pet in my apartment. They didn't care to hear that, they just put whatever charge they deem necessary on your online account and text you saying you need to go online and pay it the same day. During the pandemic tenants saw lease renewals increase in the neighborhood of $600 p/ month. I would not recommend living here.

I’ve been here for over 2 years now, and I just renewed for another year! My experience has been wonderful at this complex. The property manager Christina, and Juan from the maintenance team are absolutely amazing!!! If there’s a issue, they are on top of it and make sure your treated like family.

I just moved in about 2 months ago and I LOVE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX. There is valet trash, clean yards, parking is not difficult to find, the leasing office and pool area are immaculate! Noel moved me in and she was so efficient and helpful! The friendliest person you’ll meet! Maintenance is always on top of things and I am just so glad I decided to move here with my little family! Definitely recommend Providence Lakes
