These conditions are very un-liveable. Terrible neighbors are very irresponsible and see me coming off of work and have the audacity to stomp all day purposely and think everything is a joke. They flooded my apartment and while it was flooding they didn’t even stop the water. I heard it flowing for a long time until I asked about it & they thought the situation was funny. I should’ve read the reviews before I moved here about the Loud stomping of upstairs neighbors but they were not lying. Purposely is not an exaggeration because they do it on beat. Addressed the situation to them about the water leaking from their toilet and they thought it was funny. These apartments are not liveable and you might as well live in the hood because they have better houses and living conditions. Water was flowing into our air conditioner and I found out it was flowing onto our kitchen cabinets where we eat our food and we can’t use any of the sockets or get ready in the restroom the restroom is only useful for showers. Not to mention I am an asthmatic. When the apartment first flooded there was a pungent smell of feces which made it impossible to eat because of the smell. We had to deep clean it twice after finishing deep cleaning that day we had to do it again and it took us days to clean up. The outlets were flowing water and sparking. The bits of plaster from the popcorn ceiling falls into our food from them stomping really hard while we are eating which was contaminated with toilet water. Get your own insurance when you live here because their damages did not cover my uniform, clothes, and nikes only their damages. I work too hard to be living here. I asked if they could move my apartment they said no. I guess my money means nothing and their customers mean nothing to them. I guess the only way to have a decent apartment is to leave. living here I would only advise for 3 months it is not a long term housing.

disappointing at all I recommend this poorly maintained apartment complex. very expensive if we talk about their condition they gave me 5 months ago with a cigarette smell I have a little girl I told them about my disagreement in the office and they don't give me any solution...

Will never… ever.,. Rent from this company again. The office Manager is extremely rude and the whole staff lies about everything,… trash compactor alway overflowing. Ac never works….. the “remodeling” was done very poorly…. Every time it rains the wood by the sliding doors were soaked. Kitchen is very small and cheap looking: laundry facilities always out of order. The paint job is horrible. The price is not worth it.

Never had an issue until today !!!! I have aRequest that seems to be being put off when all I’m trying to do is re-sign my lease but I’m asking for a simple update that everybody else has already had. Joanne in the office is so unhelpful only wants to tell you how much your rent is going up and all negative things. But does not want to help oh well the property manager will have to reach out no actually you guys need to be more proactive and schedule it and actually care Joanne is very rude and should not be in this business
