I had a wonderful experience here. The doctors and staff were professional, warm and went out of their way to help me after regular business hours.

I find it hard to believe that so many 1 star reviews are "fradulent" and they have No record of ANY of these patients who have asp written bad reviews. This place is shady. After receiving a really big bill about 2 years ago I called the insurance company. The way this place bills is sneaky. I can't explain it because frankly it was confusing. However also we waited for hours for a strep test. Then they tested for the flu instead...the first test the machine wasnt "calibrated"so they had to test again so in all it was ?3 tests. Who knows this was early on and perhaps they have worked put the kinks but beware.. There are better urgent cares. If you can go to your primary care physician I recommend that. The reason I posted so late as I just received a call from them saying they will charge me 50 dollars if I miss my appt. I don't have an appt. I tried to call back and guess what..its busy.

Stay away from this place. The front desk was not trained, the nurse was not trained, and the nurse practitioner (NP) we saw seemed tentative in her medical diagnosis. My child went in with a high fever and sore throat. The NP said they had no covid or flu tests, so we would need to go to another clinic, but we could do a strep test there. The nurse did not know how to do a throat culture and needed to get someone else to show her. That should have been the first sign to run away. The rapid strep test came back negative, but the NP said she would send it out for a lab test. We didn't hear anything, so we assumed it was negative. Well, nine days later, the office staff told me the test was positive and that I should continue taking the medication. I told them we had no medication. When I asked again what I should do, the office person just repeated the name of the positive test and said she was not sure what it meant. Also, when the office called to speak with me (9:15 p.m), they never stated their name or the practice's name and left a voicemail to call back. I had no clue who to call. Then they called back the next day, again never stating the practice's name, and asked me my child's birthday. I had no clue why I was being called, and it seemed like a scam. I will have to bring my child to the doctor again to get a re-check because I have no confidence in the diagnosis, and we have no medicine—what a waste of time, money, and health.

I had the best experience. Doctor is very composed, detailed, experienced and kind. The medical assistant Merly is great as well. I will highly recommend this clinic. Second time experience (Aug 2022) - Great service, clean place, Dr. Rashid is extremely intelligent and generous.
