The area is nice and it’s a nice sized apartment. The gate doesn’t work often but that’s more the residents hitting it constantly then the apartment fault. Also, the residents run stop signs and speed so watch when walking. We have had issues with the AC and some maintenance but the Supervisor Eddie came over and spent the time to talk to us and explain what he did to try to fix it and the next steps if this doesn’t work. He was amazing! Alyssa with the office also followed up and was very professional. We have had our ups and downs but we’ve been here 7 years and sometimes things happen, it’s how someone responds to that, that matters.

I have been here now about 8 months. I personally think the maintenance team at this complex is one of the best. They are super nice, super quick and they care to help you get things fixed in the apartment if you need them to. They are good people.

Century Crosstown is a great place to live, I have been here for 4 years . My apartment is beautiful! I feel safe and no one bothers me. If there is a problem the ladies in the office are amazing, Molly and Aylissa, thank you for all you do! And the maintenance men are always on point to take care of any issue.
