Elsa is a Dream a come True!!!! What a great manager without her I would move. She’s the only thing that makes living here bare able. Elsa is always available when there are issues with maintenance or tension between tenants or security. I absolutely LOVE her!

What would we do without Elsa!!!!!! When my grandson called and said the security was harassing him just for sitting in his car, Elsa talked to him and smoothed everything out. Whenever there is a security problem Elsa always puts everyone at ease. My grandsons car was broken into this weekend, WHERE WAS SECURITY??????? Without Elsa i just don't know what he would have done. We appreciate you Elsa Thanks for EVERYTHING . EVERY talk EVERY shoulder to cry on EVERY drop of empathy that you show your tenants.
