I am relocating from PA. I already had 2 apartments, but wanted to visit other properties for options. I was in communication with Christine. I had a tour scheduled for my second day in town. After my first day, I'm really thought I had decided on somewhere else and was just going to visit for curiosity. Audubon Village won me over. Absolutely beautiful. Very resort like. When Christine didn't have the floor plan available to show me, she showed me hers! She went the extra mile. I filled out my application on site, was approved, and happy to call Audubon Village my new home!!! Thank you Chrissy for the time you took to make sure I was well informed about the apartment I was interested in and now call home.

My husband and I are going to be relocating to Florida, and we recently took a trip down to view a few different properties. The moment we arrived at Audubon, we were very impressed with how well kept and beautiful the community was. Upon talking with staff and being given a tour, we have decided to call Audubon home when we relocate! The apartments are beautiful and the staff are extremely professional, warm and welcoming. The manager, Linda, came out and greeted us personally and welcomed us, she was very personable and we enjoyed talking with her. Great experience all around!

Great place to live in. I had just recently moved out because my lease ended. The office staff is great and also the maintenance team is always on it. Before I left I had a maintenance request and the gentleman by the name of “Richard” was super helpful and efficient. I loved my experience living there, loved the pool are and the calmness of the complex.

Living here at Audubon Village has been the best decision we made. We came from out of state Iowa and moved in October we can honestly say WE LOVE the place the staff is amazing thank you Karen and everyone else! . The Amenities are wonderful both pools are always kept up very clean with the resort feel . The maintenace staff are so friendly and quick with our work orders and with all the little trouble the property has had they always seem to keep up to make sure its stays clean. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a 1 or 2 bedrooms.
