The building across the street from where you got your marriage license is where they do wedding. They dont actually start marrying people til 5. Make sure whoever u invite isnt late because the doors automatically lock at 5 pm. Mon-Fri only.

As of Wednesday it was reuired to have state issued picture ID and costs around $85 and an additional fee around $35 to receive a certified copy of the marriage certificate which will be required for name change if you are doing that.

I'm not sure what is required for a Mexican resident . at least a birth certificate I would think, but I will check on that. an AZ marriage license is only good the state of Arizona. to get married in Nevada would require a Nevada marriage license.

the clerk of court in downtown Phx is directly across the street from the justice center. so you can get your license at the clerk's office, and walk across the street to the justice center to tie the knot. I would, however, call the justice center and make an appointment with a judge first.
