No you don't, but appointments get priority, so it does help when they're busy.
They are opened until 4:30pm but they stop accepting people at 4pm
To be honest T, I only know this location to offer immunizations nothing else. However, you can always apply for Medicaid at your local DES. Just a little advice. Good day.
