No one answers the phone here so if your running late and want to see if it's ok then you have to drive over and be told you can't be seen and you need to reschedule rather than them answering your call and saving the trip. Also there was a lady with her two sons in the lobby that were acting up while I was talking to the front desk and the ladies at the front desk were gossiping and making faces about the mom with her two sons which as a mom is very offensive.

Ask your doctor for a referral to a specialist. Do not be seen by these doctors. I had a total of two visits here. My first visit I was told my daughter would be blind by the time she was 8. Which was absolutely false. Her prescription was too strong, and was mixed up with another patients. Given wrong prescription. I did not come back. She was finally seen by a specialist and for our second visit we came just to fulfill her prescription. I was told the wait would be long. I said I didn’t mind. They again said it could be longer than 40 mins. I let them know again, that I did not mind. My daughter needed glasses. They did not seem to enjoy my willingness to wait. My daughter was not sized for her glasses. I had to ask to verify our phone number. I let her know it needed updated and was given a paper to write it down, and went about my day. I spent 2 weeks calling leaving multiple voicemails including our info and number to be sure we would get a call. As my daughter needs glasses for school and has a difficult time seeing the information being taught. They do not answer the phones at all. They do not check the voicemails and give call backs, as they state. They simply do not care about anything other than a paycheck. I called today Aug 30th while I was on my way hoping to get an answer on our status. Again, voicemail stating they were busy. Left another voice mail. Got there 3 mins later to a completely empty lobby. 3 reps at the counter, along with the rep who originally helped us. To find out the glasses had been ready since Aug.12th. To find out they did not update the phone number. Received an empty quick apology. Was not given instructions. I asked if my daughter does not fit them can we come back, yes. Given the glasses. Asked if that’s all I needed, yes. This place is one of the worse eye experiences I’ve had for my child. Please do not come here if you expect proper care for your children.
