This institute has always given me top notch care. Dr. Alam is the best eye surgeon in the state . However the check in kiosk is a completely bad idea. The Sun City office has 80% elderly, with people having vision problems and if there's any difficulty no one is there to help. Really bad for an Eye Institute.

I just had my appointment yesterday with Dr. Coulson, in my opinion he is an amazing doctor. I got such a thorough eye exam and all my questions were answered. The staff I met and helped with my exam were all very polite and helpful. I have nothing but good to say about this facility.

A day past laser surgery in my opionion they said my dad might and it was blurry for roughly a week then got better now he can c so well. So my answer is its not uncommon. Hope u get better.
Yes. They will submit it just remind them. There will be a deductable but you can talked to them about pmts if need it. Depends on your insurance.
