The building across the street from where you got your marriage license is where they do wedding. They dont actually start marrying people til 5. Make sure whoever u invite isnt late because the doors automatically lock at 5 pm. Mon-Fri only.
I can do it for $60. I only do short and sweet ceremonies - non-religious and you would have to come to a location near me. I've done a few ceremonies here in AZ and more in Utah including a double wedding and several same sex weddings.
You can find an officiant to perform your wedding the same day you get your license. If you don't want to wait until 5 p.m. Or if you choose not to be married by a judge in a courthouse. They must certified to perform a legal ceremony.
