Is it $83 for total marriage licenses, because on of my friend claims that its $300 total because you still have to pay the judge for his service??

So if I go and pay $83 will that be all for me to get married or do I have to pay the fees for the ceremony as well??

the fees you pay to the clerk of the court are separate from the fees you pay the court itself for the ceremony.
