Great place to live nice people in the building affordable housing wonderful neighborhood ... There's a full gym to work out activities for the kids a community garden dog park across the street along with a volleyball court with sand and lit up basketball courts at night and you can rent canoes on the canal or take your own boat there is a free public access boat ramp nearest Safeway caltrans Philz coffee Giants baseball stadium there's also a library nearby and plenty of good places to eat I am truly happy here now that I moved from 6th Street and Mission
