If you and the other person don’t have the orginal birth certificate can you still get marry
hello, I am look for birth cert. I am over 18 and all of my stuff was lost with birth cert. I cannot even get state ID because of Birth Cert.
Depend on the justice like a minister, they have their own rates. As an ordained minister i charge $50, if they have the Marriage License already $40
the clerk of court marriage license fee is 83.00. the cost to marry at the justice court is separate and is paid to the court, not to the clerks office. I do not know what the justice court fees would be.
