Straight joke the number doesn't ring been trying to fight this discrimination retaliation case against republic parking/ reef parking and eeoc act like they employees are working with the racist managers the people earth is so unfair not all.

The EEOC process is truly broken. No appointments available online. I finally find one four months in advance. Wait, don't receive the call, I call the office and they tell me I need to file another one from the beginning. Now I have scheduled an appointment for six months out but by the time that date arrives I will be past the statute of limitations. Onsite appointment closed "because of COVID" which is actually an excuse that they are closed because of their inhumanity policy. Nobody has your interest in mind and it really is every man for themself. I'd suggest hiring a lawyer and save this yourself the trouble of this very broken and useless agency. This very well may be a sign of the times to come, an ecenomic collapse.

You need to go directly to HR
Yes there's discrimination in Phoenix area! And it's funny because if a company hired all "white" people, they'd get sued immediately! I had to say I was America Indian just to get an interview. I TESTED THE THEORY!
If I was hurt do to the Company 's negligence who do I talk to ,I already been to HR?
They have to demonstrate a legitimate non discriminatory reason for reducing your hours and not base it on pregnancy if you believe it was due to your pregnancy visit the eeoc website for additional information and to learn about filing a complaint
Time worked is time paid under the law. Unfortunately AZ does not have laws concerning breaks. A company would have policies concerning breaks and lunches. Those policies are aligned with the law.
If you're laid off they have to pay all of what they owe if you're fired they can hold your last check for a week
no, but my case was accepted and investigated
175 mile drive. Would really like a phone interview.
