Program director gives off the feeling that he finds himself to be a savior and talks down to parents. I went in for orientation, and the staff let an individual in who was obviously high on drugs. I would not consider this place safe for younger kids. Overall I was disappointed.

Receptionist with the tattoo on her chest is very rude and unprofessional. I called and asked if we could stop by for a tour and she agreed. Then when I got there she said her boss said they could not do a tour with the kids there. Understandable. But when asked by her boss if she told me they could do the tour, she lied and said she heard nothing about a tour. I reminded her of our conversation and she lied again saying she never heard me say anything about a tour. Waisted my time coming down and had a very bad attitude. She could have simply admitted she was mistaken. And apologized. I will not be registering my daughter in this place after this unpleasant experience since this was the first impression. #redflag .Very disappointing.

Jayson Maduro

The kids are sweet and kind, and the staff work hard to help out like they need to. Activities are created constantly to help kids enjoy their time. Staff are always there to help out and make things comfortable for anyone coming through the doors. When I worked there it was just as fun for me as it was for the kids. Much love is poured into this branch & Warner Gable branch & Key Keffer. I also spent time in Toleson branch and they have a a good staff as well.
