Went to drop off donations before it. Loved at 6. They wouldn't take it even though the door was open . Said it was because of rain and lightening which was happening. I tired to help but the woman wouldn't let me.

Well, it's not a typical Thrift Store. It is clean and well organized to the point of being a little boutique. The majority of the items are new merchandise ranging from candy to gadgets, tools, and jewelery. There's a selection of used clothes, all very organized. Prices are at typical retail store level, and frequently higher. If you're looking for that thrift store treasure, you're probably not going to find it here. I would charactize the parking situation as poor. .

As of today I know longer works at goodwill due to the store Manager Heather Walker. She called human resources an told all kind of lies like she always do to cover herself, she always rude to the customers and employees. But the biggest part she lie about everything like she be doing since she been there , that's why the employees end up quitting or getting fired because of her . To be true she is one rude and unprofessional manager I don't see why they hired her as a store manager cause she is big lier and another thing always was in my personal life but good will refuse to do anything about it cause they always would believe what Heather Walker said . Like I said she will regret all the things she been doing to people

No
9am to 7pm, but it's best to get there by 6 or 6:30pm, especially depending on how much you are donating.
Goodwill accepts donations of bed frames if they can be handled by one person. To maintain social distancing during the pandemic we ask donors to leave items in carts at the donation door of stores. We do not accept donations of mattresses or box springs because we sell only new mattresses and box springs.
Goodwill is always in need of volunteers. Just go in and speak with one of the managers to set it up.
Remember, they help disadvantaged people with a job and a purpose in coming to work.
Our stores do usually have bikes. What they have on any day depends on what has been donated recently, so it's best to check at the store to see what they have in stock.
Masks are required in all Goodwill-Suncoast stores. If someone needs a mask and doesn’t have one, we’ll provide a mask. We follow all CDC guidelines – we post signs and make announcements reminding everyone to stay 6 ft apart. Hand sanitizer is available to shoppers and we frequently sanitize throughout the store.
We do not do home pickup but we gratefully accept donations at our stores. The Lakeland store has a drive-through donation lane. Thanks for thinking of Goodwill.
Yes absolutely as long it's in good condition they don't take junk
We would welcome a donation of a working piano if you are able to get it to the store. We do not offer furniture pickup.
All Goodwill-Suncoast stores including the one in Winter Haven offer color tag discounts. All items tagged with the color of the week are 50% off the marked price. The color for this week is red. Signs in the store tell you the discounted color each week.
Goodwill-Suncoast stores do not typically sell baby strollers because of safety concerns and recalls by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Many strollers have been labeled as unsafe by the CPSC and we do not want to sell an item that could be a safety hazard.
It really depends on their shipments.
Yes, they have furniture from time to time.
There are drop boxes. They are closed on Sunday but lots of drop boxes in the area
Maybe on internet or social media marketing groups.
