We love our new Apartment! Erika & Anna were very Welcoming. Looking forward to living here at Laguna Park for a while. Erika was very helpful with keeping us posted on up coming available rentals and what size that might be a good fit. I really wanted that wet Bar☹️ I'm sure I won't miss it lol. Thank you.

I lived there for a year and a half. Unfortunately I had to move away due to a better job offer, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I will say I was a bit skeptical that the apartment was not gated, but the whole time I was there I had no issues. Erika, the lesing manager, was very attentive with anything I needed. The maintenance workers were also quick to fix whatever small issues came up. Overall I had experience living there and I wish I didn't have to leave.

Laguna park apartments has been alright for us have been here for about 2 years going on 3. People here are alright we’ve had some theft though. My bad review is mainly because I work nights at a ware house and every week they’ve got the gardeners come which doesn’t let me sleep. But okay I get that, what I would really like to stop is for that maintenance guy to STOP using his new toy the hand blower because it’s VERY LOUD. He literally uses it everyday and it doesn’t allow me to sleep. Like if your going to use it can you please use it towards then end of day not in the morning.
