Arrangements were made for my mother to be admitted for Suicidal Ideation as recommended by her psyciatrist Dr Thomas Andrews on July 20. You later notified my father that you refused to admit her on the basis of her weakened physical state stating you were not equipped to handle her. My father is 84 years old and having a difficult time caring for you. His last words to you before hanging up were "I guess we have to drive a car off the cliff". What other alternatives are there for treatment? I am very dissatisfied with you callous behavior.

If I could give a rating of 0 I would have. I have been advocating for a friend who has now been there twice and is not getting better. I have been doing all the foot work for finding a more long term facility when all they have to do is write a referral for St. Helena Treatment Facility and they won't do it. I guess a persons life is not worth enough for a referral made. Shes already attempted suicide and says if released she will again but they want to send her home in two days anyways.
