Hotel was not nice. The beds are awful and not comfortable at all. The mattresses feel like they are probably 20 years old. We had to leave a night early because we couldn’t sleep another night in the beds. We had to have our keys reprogrammed at least 3 times. The pool was randomly closed when we arrived. They wouldn’t refund the last night because I paid in advance. We left anyways. The place is not up to Hilton standards and the hotel and corporate was no help at all. The lady at the front desk was very nice but wasn’t able to help us either.

We enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was accommodating. Pool was nice. And we enjoyed the area. There are shops and restaurants close by within walking distance. I do wish they had on site laundry.

Some of the worst customer experience I have had in my life. A simple Hotels.com mistake turned into a 20 minute rant where I was yelled at and told how wrong I was despite having an email confirming my stay, Bridget refused to even look at the email and just waved it off and went on ranting about how she hates hotels.com and that I shouldve just booked through there website . I was then told the room may not be available for the weekend, despite an empty parking lot? Finally had the problem resolved, insted of telling me my roomnumber or when breakfast was I was tossed my key card and that was that. Do better Bridget, do better Hampton Inn.

Positive: Hampton Inn is my favorite hotel. Always spotless, comfortable beds, and great staff. Also great breakfast buffet. Negative: It would have been perfect but there was some teenagers running up and down hall at 1:30 in the morning and couldn¿t see sleep.

Now I couldn't say they welcome pets but they do welcome teenagers I got two of them we enjoyed our stay there we just hate it that the snow I drove trucks for many a year's over the road I never seen it snow in Texas till then but we had an awesome time even though the power went down at the first one but the next Hampton was just as awesome as the first one can't wait to come back and spend more time there I didn't get a chance to go hit the inside pool in the weight room or the exercise room breakfast and everything was perfect we look to do business with y'all real soon again and thanks very much we enjoyed our stay we give y'all six stars I say 10 Stars deep in the heart of Allen Texas
The Premium Oulet Shops are righr behind it. The Village at Allen, an outdoor mall, is just down the street. I walked to both.
Stayed 2 nights recently and had no issues.
