I had my family from Mexico City stay at this hotel. Well the experience was terrible!!! Room was dirty and drawers were broke. When I brought it to the attention to the lady at the front she stated WOW you would put your clothes in the drawer???? My family was behind me so I did not respond how I should have! I said lady I stay at hotels all over the world and yes I use the drawers to put my clothes!!! What a response !!! Her attitude was unprofessional and rude, and I saw her interactions with other people like that! At night I spoke with Cori and informed her of my situation! She was amazing! Night and day difference! She was apologetic and understanding, told me to contact the manager Mr. Love. I spoke with Mr. Love and he was professional and apologetic! But his solutions were not reasonable, since the stay was booked through Expedia he could not refund anything. Free credit to stay or vouchers, well I live here and those will not work and I will never stay or recommend this hotel! He stated he will speak with the owners and send me a partial refund via check. One week has gone by and nothing. I will call Mr. Love On Tuesday July 5th and I will escalate to the news or whomever I need to as the owners does not seem to care. Well Once I post all the pictures I took of how dirty the room was they will be obligated to do something ! I will call the health inspectors etc! How I was treated should not be tolerated! I will update as soon as I receive news. Pictures will be posted today as well.

Very clean hotel and well maintained for what we saw. My only complaint was, out of 5 pillows, I couldn't find one that was really comfortable. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Positive: The room was clean and didn't smell bad. It was fine for a quick trip. Negative: The hotel seemed short-staffed and the person on staff was new so there was quite a bit of back and forth with management over the correct type of room. We had to change rooms 2xs to get the right type of room. It all worked out.

Positive: We weren't sure how close we would be to all of the sporting events of the weekend, but this hotel is in the perfect location for Mckinney Stadium and the Craig Ranch Soccer fields. Great shopping and restaurants all around. The hotel was spotless!
