I hate going to this place, only go when I can't find it anywhere else. They use to give veteran discount all I had to fo was show my valid Texas driver's license, which shows that I am a veteran, this no longer good enough.

I live so close to this store so i shop a lot, but this Lowes provides the worst customer service nationwide. I now rather drive to the further store on 121 or shop across street at home depot.

Old white man that works here told my fiancé to leave him alone and walked off from him when he asked for help locating something. He also gave him the dirtiest stare on our way out. If you’re black please take your business elsewhere. This employee was incredibly racist.

The Lowe's policy that they can't unlock the Adirondack chairs until you've purchased them is absurd. I pointed out that several of the chairs were already unlocked in the head cashier said that if I told anyone that, he would get fired. I don't see the point and having items for sale that customers can't look at until after they purchase them.
