I am re- reviewing this place. I have stayed there before with no issues. The second time around, three weeks ago, we stayed there again, paid for their parking daily fees as well. They DO have security onsite but, failed when we came out one morning to find our catalytic converters were stolen. Hard to imagine when a sawzall was used AND NO ONE heard a thing?! We were parked maybe 4 yards from the front door! No cameras on the site so, we were left to report a theft and was very upset to spend ALOT of money for repairs that day. Canceled the next night and went back home. What i don't understand, why pay for parking when security fails & no surveillance cameras?! I am Extremely disappointed & should've been reimbursed for parking fees for3 nights altogether. Next time, I'll inquire about cameras at every hotel I check into, I dispise theft, just like anyone, who's been a victim!

I stayed at this hotel from 6/12-6/24 and if it wasn't my work that was paying for this hotel I would be incredible annoyed. When I arrived the temperature in my room was 90 and the air conditioning wasn't working. I requested a new room and the new room's air conditioning would not go below 74. At this time I decided this was "bearable" and that I didn't want to move rooms again. All in all, I guess I was lucky because my peers staying at the hotel had their water go out and their AC actually stop working in the middle of the night. I'm really not sure what's going on with this hotel, but if there's a heat wave, I think the utilities in the hotel struggle greatly. The overall issue is that the fan on high is the same power as a desk fan on low. I would highly recommend finding a different hotel. That being said, location and staff are great. As a side note, it's silly that I have to purchase a breakfast ticket from the barrista when the line is 10+ long waiting for coffee... maybe allow the front desk to charge this...

Pretty decent room. Nice little balcony! Not as clean as I would have liked, and very uncomfortable bed! Nice views and restaurants near by. Safe and clean parking lot well lit with plenty of spaces. Probably gets pretty crazy when there is an event. If i stayed again I would request a room overlooking the courtyard rather than the street. I’m sure it’s staffing related but they didn’t have breakfast the day I was there, which would have been fine if the very nice guy who checked me in hadn’t twice told me the hours and location of the breakfast I could expect. All in all a fine place to stop, a little on the expensive side.

Kind of an odd experience. I'm not sure if the staff is trained to pretend there is not a problem when there is. They still made up for everything and were so nice! Eluid the bartender is one of my fav bartenders I've ever met. This man needs a raise. So accommodating. I would come back just for him!
