One of their drivers almost hit my car with MY CHILDREN in it because they were in such a hurry to get to the drive thru that they didn't bother looking to see if there were any cars first.

Had 2 men assist today they were here today on time to take me to my appointment in my wheelchair to go down the stairs and called them when done did not have long to wait for pickup to go home both times drivers were polite and caring would use them again

Rude employees at dispatch. Disorganized. Make patient's wait for hours for rides home, even after the offices the patients are waiting at are closed for the day. I'd like to give zero stars but it won't let me.
