Awesome place they are very nice people and they do the best they can to work with you They help me out a lot they gave me a second chance to come get my stuff because I had a family emergency Please remember though every pallet is not a winner I got a couple good ones and a couple bad ones but they do not processor pallets and they do not go through their stuff everything mostly buy from them still has factory tape or just roll customer returns They’re about the only place that I know that doesn’t sort their pallets out that’s why I drive two hours away to shop with by the pallet they are awesome people and they treat you with respect we have a pallet liquidation where I am located and all they do is stack their pallets so I wouldn’t recommend them I would recommend by the pallet five star rating if I could give them more stores I would but Google says five star rating only You ever wanted to try your liquidation and buy pallets go to buy the pallet and try your first pallet you will love it

We bought 2 pallets of bathroom vanity sinks in January. Total 9 sinks. 8 were broken. Only 1 sink could be sold. The other sinks had multiple broken boards sides doors cracked sinks and can't sell them at all. We spent $900 and was able to sell one sink for $150 and the rest we only got 30 bucks for each. A complete rip off. Never going back. Drove 2 hrs one way. If you're wondering if you're allowed to look inside the boxes on the pallets, no you're not. If we had been allowed to open the top of the sink boxes and just simply look around on the inside we would have seen them totally broke. That's why they don't want you digging or looking inside the boxes.

Best pallet place around. Been to the others in WNY area and Ohio, but buy the pallet has the best prices and selection. Owners are helpful if there is an issue. Downside is they can be busy, but that is to be expected because they have best product around - however, never hand an issue finding good pallets even when busy as they typically have around 100 to 150 pallets available.
