WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT KATE SPADES AGAIN EVER! WHEN I WALKED IN WAS NOT GREETED, AN ASIAN WOMAN EMPLOYEE BUMPED IN TO ME THREE TIMES , REFUSED TO SAY EXCUSE ME OR PARDON ME. THE THIRD TIME SHE WALKED INTO ME, I STOPPED HER AND EXPLAINED TO HER HOW SHE IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. I ASKED THE MANAGER RACHEL IF KATE SPADES TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES TO BE DISRESPECTFUL, BUMPING INTO CUSTOMERS WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSEVME. RACHEL THE MANAGER WAS RUDE AND NASTY ALSO. RACHEL AND THE ENTIRE STAFF LOOKED AT ME AS IF I WERE INTERUPTING A MEETING. THEY TREATED ME WITH NASTINESS AND REFUSED TO ASSIST ME AS I WAS SHOPPING. I RECORDED SOME OF THE INTERACTION SO ITS NOT JUST MY WORD. THAT GROUP OF EMPLOYEES ACT ENTITLED AND FEEL AS IF THE CUSTOMER OWES THEM. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY TO COMPANIES THAT DISRESPECT AND NOT WELCOME ME.
