Never opens on time. Sign and website say 9am but they open late. I understand this is a small business and not corporate owned but this is an inconvenience for us that waste our time coming here expecting them to be open. I would rather come here then go to staples or other big locations to show support for small businesses but this is ridiculous.

Sold something on eBay and thought about shipping it out of this place. Shipped it out and within a few days it was sent back to me. Went back to figure out why, and reshipped. It was sent back again. Had to go to an actual Post Office to figure out that this place messed up on the actual shipping costs, costing me extra money and time.
